NZD weakness following today’s RBNZ update is bringing trend lines on some NZD pairs into greater focus. Here is just a quick update of a few that I’m watching.
GBP/NZD daily: I’ve posted about this pair a couple of time recently. Price is back near the daily chart’s bear trend line and so I’m watching for any trend line break on the daily chart time frame:
EUR/NZD 4hr: watching for any triangle trend line and Cloud breakout on the 4hr time frame:
NZD/USD 4hr: I Tweeted this triangle out before the RBNZ update:
This is the 4hr chart now and I’d expect a test of 0.72 at least:
Note how there has been a close below the 4hr Cloud though. A hold below the Cloud might suggest some continuation lower; as it has done in the past:
